Tifton Police Department Criminal Investigations Division

The Criminal Investigations Division conducts Criminal Investigations that the Tifton Police Department undertakes.  Detective LT. Porter Jackson, Detective Ricky Day, Detective Shane Benefield, Detective Raleigh Coarsey III and Secretary Teia Trepanier are primarily responsible for the follow-up investigation of crimes committed against persons or property in the City of Tifton. Other investigations are initiated as a result of information received from outside sources, such as police informants and other law enforcement agencies.
